ABOUT
HENULDIA
STRENGTH
As a stratocratic-technocratic microstate, much priority is placed on defence, military symbolism, and the pursing of technology to uphold sovereignty. The ceremonial act of holding together a small state in the big world also reflects endurance and perseverance.
BALANCE
Henuldia believes in fairness, balanced views, and egalitarian values, which are expressed in the national constitution.
HUMILITY
Despite all the military symbolism, Henuldia is very modest, encourages politeness, appreciates humility, and is peace-loving.
INDEPENDENCE
Henuldia is a ceremonial state, an extension of expression, ideals, and values that reach outside of and outgrow its size, such as self-reliance, autonomy, and etc.
PASSION
Henuldia itself is a project of passion: a love for nations; a thought experiment driven by curiosity; and a mini-tribute to micronations all over the world. In general, it can also be described as an entity comprising different interests, such as language and the relationship between identity and culture.
IDENTITY
National identity is in the core of the Henuldian state, and this is expressed with the state's own constitution, language, and more.
HISTORY
In 2016, Henuldia (then called the RAIS) was created, evolving mainly from a thought experiment. Before it was declared an actual micronation, a flag, seal, anthem, and language were adopted for it, most of these inspired by elements from its founder's childhood. In early 2017, the RAIS gradually adopted Danish as one of its languages. In the same year, the RAIS Defence Corps (RDC) was formally established as the soon-to-be micronation’s defence force, and would later undergo “modernization.”
On June 10, 2017, Henuldia, as the Republic of the AM Individual State, was officially declared as an independent micronation. Henuldia itself is a spiritual successor to a simulationist nation called “Tolmakia,” which traces its roots further back to another simulationist nation “the Republic of Viman” that existed in 2007.
THE AMC
I. Description:
1. The AMC will be the national constitution of the micronation known as the Microstate of Henuldia (formerly known as the RAIS, but henceforth shall be referred to as such in this context for convenience), and apply to all its parts. It shall be followed, respected, and kept sacrosanct at all times, and act to hold together the RAIS, de facto founded on 10/23/16, and de facto declared on 11/12/16, and officially declared on 6/10/17 (universal standard time).
2. The AMC shall be comprised of the RAIS’ foundations, presidential decrees, basic human and legal rights, penal code, social code, military constitution, and foreign policy. Also understand that the AMC is legally recognized by the state and its leaders as the spiritual successor of the AMCG, its rough draft.
3. Finally, no person but the founder of the RAIS or the appointed successor shall be able to edit or annul the AMC.
